Why shouldn't I just use one of the cheapo collaboration tools out there?

As the old saying goes, you get what you pay for. Our customers are willing to pay for ProjectSpaces for the easy-to-use and intuitive interface that helps them collaborate quickly and efficiently.

As the old saying goes, you get what you pay for. Our customers are willing to pay for ProjectSpaces for the easy-to-use and intuitive interface that helps them collaborate quickly and efficiently. Unlike other web-based tools that try to be everything to everybody, ProjectSpaces focuses on doing one thing well, and doesn't include confusing switches and gadgets (not to mention bells and whistles). Our customers' users don't want to sit through training courses to learn new tools. Also, we don't make money through advertising or selling our customers' information to third parties. Instead we charge a fair price for really good service. Lastly, our customers know we're going to be around for a while as we've been in business since 1997.

Is it $475 a month better when I can purchase a 25 project space from Basecamp for $25 a month? NOT EVEN CLOSE. I understand and believe in the value of selling higher performance products and charging for them but you are pricing yourselves out of the market with your pricing. It's too bad, because it looks like an excellent tool. And it Not juts Basecamp I am comparing it to. There are a LOT of players in this arena and your pricing is sky high compared to just about all of the,.
