New ProjectSpaces features
We just rolled out some great new features for ProjectSpaces.
Here's a list of what's new:
Multiple file upload - Quick file loader that allows users to upload lots of files quickly.
iCAL - Export ProjectSpaces events to other online calendars such as Apple iCAL, Lightning, Google Calendar, and Sunbird.
Export your contacts - ProjectSpaces now allows you to export your contacts through vCards or via an Excel spreadsheet.
Customize your project homepages - You can now choose what content blocks (documents, announcements, etc) should display on project homepages.
Hierarchical task lists - Use the new "Workplan" tab to create nested list of tasks and subtasks. Note that the standard task tab is on by default, go into your site admin ("manage all projects") if you want to switch over to the new workplan tab.
Improved document and announcement upload forms - Simpler is better.
Set your time zone - Administrators can change the time zone for the site.
More RSS! - Adding RSS was so popular we decided to add another feed. Now Project users can elect to track new content across all your Projects with just a single feed.
More Flair! - We added some new icons to make things a little easier on the eyes.
