ProjectSpaces adds Gantt charts and Cloning

In response to overwhelming demand, we released the ability to generate Gantt charts for workplans. We also added the ability to clone projects and easily create templates with standard folder structures, work plans, documents, etc.

ProjectSpaces now makes it even easier to manage complex work plans, track progress and deadlines, and notify team members of activity status. It generates simple and intuitive Gantt charts that multiple team members can view and update in real time. This ensures the entire team has access to the correct version of the project work plan and schedule at all times, and teams can avoid the need to install costly and complicated software on every team member's computer. Users can toggle between a list view and a Gantt chart view of a workplan or project schedule.

For groups and organizations that are involved in large numbers of similar activities or projects, users can create a template that can be easily cloned and reused over and over again. This allows a group to set up a master workplan template, folder structure, document templates, and other content once, rather than reentering similar files, folders, tasks, and dates over and over again.
