ProjectSpaces vs Wikis

Wikis are getting a lot of attention as team collaboration tools. Sometimes they work great, but for some groups who aren't used to wikis or are primarily sharing documents, managing tasks, and having discussions, they can get cumbersome to use and hard to maintain. Here are some observations on when wiki-based tools work well and when they don't.
