Easy to Install and Maintain

Organizations with sensitive files and data can quickly and easily install ProjectSpaces to take advantage of ProjectSpaces' document management, project coordination, calendaring, blogs and discussions, Gantt charts, and other functionality. Also, anyone using VMware's virtualization platform can get up and running with ProjectSpaces extremely quickly and efficiently. ProjectSpaces will provide a virtual disk image with the application pre-installed that requires minimal configuration. We also offer other options for customers with different technical architecture environments.

If you are not running VMWare, you can still host ProjectSpaces on a Linux machine.  Here are the following requirements to do so:

• Red hat linux server / webserver that will run PHP compiled with MySQL support
• Apache 2.0
• MYSQL 4 or greater
• PHP version 5.0 or higher
• Mailman 2.1.4

Flexible Support and Upgrade Options

ProjectSpaces offers flexible support hours and upgrades. Customers can choose how much support they need for customization, implementation, training, strategic consulting, and other needs. And by upgrading annually customers can keep up with the latest enhancements ProjectSpaces releases.

Try Before You Buy

Unlike other options out there that are either software-as-a-service (SAAS) or self-hosted, ProjectSpaces offers both. Customers can quickly and easily implement the SAAS version of ProjectSpaces and then have the option to migrate their existing site in-house.
